What’s Included
Hoovering and Mopping
All the floors will be thoroughly hoovered and mopped.
Interior Window Cleaning
All interior windows that are readily accessible will be cleaned.
Antibacterial Cleansing
All surfaces including countertops, table tops, window sills and hand rails will be cleansed using an antibaterial cleaner.
Light Oven Clean
The oven will be given a light clean to remove light grime and dirt from light use.
Changing Bed Linen
All the bed linen on every used bed will be replaced with fresh bedding provided by the client.
Welcome Pack
If a welcome pack is supplied, we will replace used items with fresh supplies that are provided by the client.
Dusting
All the surfaces, countertops, skirting boards and ceilings will be dusted.
Remove Any Left Over Items
Any items left by the previous guests will be removed prior to the new guests arrival.
Reporting Any Damage / Faults
In between changeovers, if there is any damage or faults noticed such as a light bulb out or water leak, photo evidence will be promptly reported to the client.
Replace Bin Liners
All the bins within the property for general waste will be removed and replaced with fresh liners.
Full Bathroom Clean
All surfaces in the bathroom will be thoroughly cleansed using an antibacterial cleanser, including any baths, showers, and toilets.
